SKYAI was a strong project, but due to fundamental issues, it dumped by more than 60% in a single day. According to my analysis, SKYAI could drop to the $0.0500–$0.0800 range in few days.
Over the last few hours, ultra-high volume has appeared, which indicates that a large amount of buying has taken at $0.1500-$0.1400. This suggests that a 5%–20% bounce could occur from here, after which it may start dumping again.

The name of this setup/strategy is Two Bar Reversal (TBR). Many people refer to it as an engulfing pattern, but this strategy is quite different from that.
Two Bar Reversal Setup Explanation: For example, if you are looking for a buy setup, it is essential that price first takes liquidity from the last swing low or equal lows and then forms a TBR setup there. If you trade this setup without a POI (Point of Interest), you may still achieve around 70–80% accuracy.
For short trades, you need to watch for liquidity above equal highs or the last swing high, and you should also align the trade with the overall trend.
💸TBR Examples:
Buy Setup: In a TBR buy setup, the last red candle should be engulfed to the upside with strong momentum. It should not be a rejection-type move. You should also incorporate volume analysis. The last red candle should have higher volume than the breakout candle. In other words, the candle that breaks above the red candle should have lower volume.
Short Setup: The opposite applies. The last green candle should be broken to the downside by a red candle. The breakout red candle should have lower volume than the previous green candle, and the move should occur with momentum.
You should place your stop-loss below the TBR candle. Your first target should be at a 1:1 risk-to-reward ratio. Any remaining position should be left for TP2, which means targeting a 1:2 risk-to-reward ratio.
