CZ & Richard Teng ou say Binance Support and Affiliate Managers are highly active. Then look at this screenshot. 👇 Check the date and timestamps. I contacted the relevant person, and where is the response? No response. So how is this a strong support system? I’m not sharing private information or making this personal. I’m simply showing the communication record and asking Binance to explain the gap between what you say and what users actually experience. If Binance wants to build a stronger ecosystem, start by listening and responding to the people who support it. This screenshot is the evidence of my experience. Please look at it and tell me: where is the response? @CZ @Richard Teng #Binance #BinanceSupport #BinanceCreators #CryptoCommunity

@CZ & @Richard Teng please pay attention.
Your customer support and affiliate management need serious improvement.
In my experience, getting a proper response from Binance Support is extremely difficult. Even long-term users and creators can be left without meaningful answers.
I also contacted an affiliate manager, Francis, via X and have still received no response.
I don’t want to post private screenshots, but the lack of communication speaks for itself.
Binance needs better support and affiliate managers who actually listen, respond, and understand the history and contribution of creators.

Good users and long-term creators deserve good support and basic respect.
A direct question to CZ & Richard Teng: How is Binance treating its long-term creators and affiliates? Creators spend years building communities and supporting the Binance ecosystem. Yet blocking creators, removing affiliate privileges or verification without properly reviewing their history and contribution is deeply concerning. Mistakes should be investigated fairly—not punished without context. Binance needs people who understand creators, their history and their contribution—not just dashboards and numbers. CZ, Richard Teng: please review these cases and give genuine creators the respect they’ve earned. We’re not asking for special treatment. We’re asking for fair treatment. @Richard Teng @Binance Customer Support @CZ #Binance #BinanceCreators #CryptoCommunity
Binance, please pay attention. You may not see what’s happening on the ground, but poor handling by some support and account/affiliate managers is damaging customer and creator trust. Creators are reporting missing rewards, profile issues, restrictions and, most importantly, months without proper responses. When loyal users and creators feel ignored, they naturally start looking at other exchanges — and some may move their funds elsewhere. This is not an attack on Binance. I want Binance to grow. But first, fix the people and processes dealing directly with your community. If an account manager can ignore a customer or creator for 3–4 months without a proper response, what purpose does that role serve? I’m specifically asking Binance leadership to review managers such as Francis, along with others responsible for these accounts, and take appropriate action where performance is unacceptable. Train them. Hold them accountable. Replace them if necessary. A strong platform needs strong support. CZ & Richard Teng — please look at what customers and creators are actually experiencing. Fix this before good users and creators move elsewhere. @CZ @Richard Teng
I’ve been connected with Binance since the early days, and I genuinely believe Binance is a good platform. That’s exactly why this is frustrating. The problem is not necessarily Binance itself — it’s the way some account/affiliate managers are handling customers and creators. When customers have to chase managers repeatedly just to get a response, something is clearly wrong. I’m mentioning the person involved because I want Binance leadership to review the communication and take appropriate action. Please don’t let poor management damage the trust that Binance has built over the years. Keep good people in these roles — people who actually respond, listen and respect customers and creators. CZ & Richard Teng, please look into this. @CZ @Richard Teng

A direct question to Binance leadership — and especially to Richard Teng: I have reached a point where I seriously question whether I should ever deposit money with Binance again. I’m saying this as a customer, not as someone looking for free money. Over time, I have had multiple issues with rewards that I was expecting but never received. I was also supposed to receive a gift from Binance that, to this day, I have not received. I have already contacted Binance Support about these issues. I have also tried dealing with affiliate management, but the level of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing in my experience. And then there are campaigns and “Right-to-Earn” opportunities where users are encouraged to participate, only to end up with rewards that can be incredibly small. At some point, a customer has to ask: Where is the actual value for the user? I’m not accusing anyone of fraud without evidence. But when rewards are not received, promised gifts remain undelivered, support issues remain unresolved, and communication repeatedly fails, the experience can leave a customer feeling that way. So here is my direct request to Binance: Please look at my account history, my support chat history, my missing rewards, and the promised gift. Don’t give me another generic response. I want a proper explanation of what happened, what I was eligible for, what I actually received, and why anything owed to me was not delivered. And if Binance believes I’m wrong, prove it with the records. I’m tagging Binance leadership because this is no longer just about one small reward. It’s about customer trust. @CZ___ @Richard Teng #BİNANCE #BinanceUsers #CustomerSupport #RightToEarn #CryptoCommunity
