AdEx is a decentralized advertising exchange based on blockchain and smart contracts, mainly targeting the entertainment industry, especially streaming video services provided by publishers. We hope to change the traditional digital advertising model through AdEx, a transparent and dedicated platform, so that advertisers and publishers can collaborate and reach potential customers.

The core feature of AdEx is the AdEx profile. This is a personalized page that helps each end user understand and control the ads delivered to them. For advertisers, it is more beneficial to give users more control: users are actually actively informing them of their consumption preferences, consumption behaviors, shopping habits and purchase intentions. This means that the AdEx profile can help advertisers achieve "surgical precision" ad targeting and obtain higher return on advertising investment.

AdEx uses blockchain and smart contract technology to eliminate the complexity of existing ad serving networks. Letting users serve as the only regulators of the AdEx network solves the most common problems faced by advertisers today: lack of transparency in ad bidding and unexplained and erroneous reporting of ad campaigns.
