The FBI invaded and searched the home of the founder of the crypto exchange Kraken over claims that he hacked and cyberstalked a nonprofit that he founded. 👀

And according to the report from The New York Times, the FBI has been investigating Powell for a while now, and at least three people are aware of this case.

They searched his home in Brentwood and seized electronic devices, according to a person familiar with the search and documents reviewed by The New York Times.

His lawyer confirmed the investigation but said Powell "did nothing wrong."
