#nil $NIL @Nillion I’ve been following the progress of the Nillion ecosystem for a while, and what I like most about Covenants is the idea that “instructions remain completely sealed until their conditions are met.” In other words, you don’t have to reveal your hand ahead of time: stop-loss orders and auction bids can stay hidden, preventing front-running.

Now that Dusk has launched on mainnet, there are two things I’m most looking forward to: first, permissionless nodes actually getting up and running, with people staking NIL to participate in decryption and settlement and earn tangible returns; and second, Covenants being rolled out across multiple EVM chains in the later Darkfall phase, where conditional cross-chain triggers can really prove their worth. For now, I’m just waiting to see whether the mainnet runs smoothly.

For this round of U.S. earnings season on Binance Square, I think the thing worth watching most isn’t the earnings reports themselves…

Let me get straight to the point…
Binance Square has launched a special U.S. earnings season section.

Binance now has bStocks, tokenized U.S. stocks, 1:1 backed by real shares, tradable 24/7, and you can even withdraw them to an on-chain wallet for self-custody. Earnings season is here: if you see Micron’s results blow past expectations in the middle of the night, traditional brokers still haven’t opened yet, but you can act directly on Binance — that’s the key point.

In my view, the biggest value of earnings season for crypto users isn’t betting on whether a company’s EPS beats expectations, but using U.S. stock volatility as fuel for on-chain trading.
In the past, you could only watch earnings night; now you can trade 24/7, and the game of information advantage and reaction speed has completely changed.
Of course, betting on earnings themselves is extremely risky, and I also hope everyone won’t get carried away~

Binance team CEO Richard Teng once said at TOKEN2049 that demand for tokenized stocks is huge, and poor information flow remains a barrier.
Binance Square’s earnings season initiative is essentially addressing that “information flow” gap, bringing earnings news, live interpretations, and after-market reviews right in front of you, so at least before trading, you’re not going in blind~

I still recommend that everyone, during earnings season, not just watch for the excitement. You can treat Binance Square’s earnings section as an information hub, and bStocks as an execution tool, but position sizing should always come first.
Volatility on earnings night can kill you, and it can also save you; the difference is whether you’ve already thought through how to exit~

U.S. September CPI blew past expectations again! Crude oil and U.S. Treasuries are going head-to-head—so where should we put our money?

CPI came in hotter than expected again, up 3.7% year over year! Energy prices jumped 5.2% in a single month, with gasoline accounting for more than half of the increase…
In other words, the “monster” of inflation hasn’t been tamed. With the fighting in the Middle East giving it a boost, it’s roaring back to life 😂

First, U.S. Treasuries—this is the real main event!
According to the usual script, a hot CPI report should lead to Treasury sell-offs and soaring yields, right? But BlackRock made a major move this week: it ended its six-year underweight position in Treasuries and switched to overweighting short-term bonds.
The reason? Yields are already at a 24-year high. A 10-year yield of 5.25% is pretty sweet just for the interest income. Citi got dragged into the mess and was forced to change its tune 😂—from “no more rate hikes this year” to “we’ll need another one in December”~

What about crude oil? The logic is even simpler: geopolitics is the biggest call option~
Gasoline is up 9.1%, and diesel is even worse, up 67.7% so far this year. The Strait of Hormuz is blocked, choking off global oil and gas shipments. As long as the Middle East remains unsettled, oil prices won’t come down. But on the other hand, high interest rates will weigh on demand, so don’t count on prices doubling again~

And what about the crypto market—the thing we care about most?
CZ once said something very true: “AI is great, but it can’t protect you from inflation. But $BTC can.”
In other words, AI companies can issue more shares and raise funds to expand, diluting your stake. But Bitcoin has a fixed supply of just 21 million coins. Fiat currencies keep getting printed, but your share of Bitcoin won’t be diluted. The uglier the inflation data gets, the stronger the scarcity narrative becomes~

Personally, I think the worst news for Treasuries is already mostly priced in. High inflation and rising expectations of rate hikes—most of the bad news is already out there.

But smart money is buying the dip in Treasuries, geopolitics is supporting crude oil, and every inflation blowout is giving $BTC free “advertising.”

Big bro Changpeng Zhao is right: AI can’t solve inflation, but the answer has been written into Bitcoin’s code all along~

Just saw the news: $XRP P treasury company Evernorth has completed its SPAC merger and will begin trading on Nasdaq next Monday under the ticker XRPN～

Looks like XRP is making a pretty big move this time 🤯

In a nutshell: a company holding 473 million XRP is going public～

What does 473 million XRP mean? At around $1.50 per XRP right now, that stash alone is worth over $700 million. And the big names behind it are no small potatoes: Ripple itself contributed 126 million XRP, and Pantera, Kraken, SBI, and Arrington Capital are all involved～

I think there’s more to this than meets the eye 🤔

Previously, institutions looking to get exposure to XRP had two options: buy the token directly or buy a spot ETF. Now there’s another route: buy XRPN stock.
For traditional financial institutions, buying stock comes with far fewer compliance hurdles than buying crypto.
Put simply, Evernorth is the “XRP version of MicroStrategy”—except MicroStrategy is all about BTC, while Evernorth is all about XRP.

One detail I’m paying close attention to: Ripple’s stake is locked up for six months. That suggests Ripple isn’t looking to sell off in the short term, but is thinking long term. Also, Evernorth isn’t just passively accumulating tokens; it plans to “actively manage its treasury” and increase the “amount of XRP represented by each share” through yield strategies and ecosystem participation. That’s a more sophisticated approach than simply holding tokens—it wants the stock itself to become a kind of “yield-generating asset”～

That said, I also want to talk about the risks: quite a few crypto treasury company SPACs have gone off the rails this year.
For example, Ether Machine scrapped its merger plans last year.
Whether XRPN can hold up after listing will depend on the price of XRP and whether the company can actually deliver on its yield strategies. Listing on Nasdaq doesn’t automatically mean “easy wins”～

From 250 milliseconds down to 200 milliseconds.
Simply put: it used to produce 4 blocks per second, and now it produces 5～

But let’s be clear: it hasn’t “gotten faster”—it’s just “shifted gears” 😂

Think of it this way: Solana used to be a manual car, spending a little longer in each gear but giving you plenty of acceleration with every press of the gas. Now? It’s got a new gearbox that shifts more often, but each push gives you less acceleration.
The total fuel consumption hasn’t changed; it just shifts gears more frequently.

So don’t expect TPS to skyrocket. Even the team says that “overall throughput will remain roughly the same.”

So what do users get? One word: fresher data.

On-chain data updates more frequently.
Place an order or check a price, and the status refreshes faster.
For DeFi users and people running trading strategies, slippage and sudden wicks might improve a tiny bit.
But for everyday transfers, buying and selling coins, honestly, the difference will be pretty much zero～

Here’s one thing to watch out for:
The validity window for on-chain transactions is getting shorter too. It used to be around 80 seconds; now it’s down to about 40.
What does that mean? Say you tap “Confirm transfer,” go get a glass of water or scroll on your phone for a bit, then come back and tap “Confirm” in your wallet—the transaction may already have expired 😂
So you’ll have to be quick 🥳

My personal take:
Solana’s direction is crystal clear: it’s going all-in on speed. But you need to understand what it’s betting on.
It’s betting that more high-frequency trading, market making, oracles, and other fields that are extremely sensitive to “millisecond-level freshness” will move onto its network. But 200 milliseconds isn’t the finish line—it’s just the new label Solana’s putting on itself～😂
