Pi Team to Host Three-Day Pi Ecosystem Summit
In a recent tweet, the Pi Network team revealed that it will host a three-day Pi Ecosystem Summit focused on developers and the apps they are building for Pi users.
Unlike Pi Day and Pi2Day, which celebrate the network’s overall progress, this summit will focus on new tools, apps, and services being built for the Pi ecosystem.

Pi Network’s announcement says the event will feature platform updates, developer tool demos, app showcases, and discussions with developers and the Pi Core Team. These sessions will show how developers are using Pi’s tools to build new services.
The summit will also help developers and Pioneers explore available resources and discover new projects. The goal is to build more useful apps and give users more ways to use Pi in real life.
New Developer Tools and Hackathon Plans Expected
One of the main parts of the summit will be demonstrations of Pi’s development tools. These sessions will explain how developers can use the platform’s features and resources to build applications.
The event will also showcase apps created by companies and community developers, highlighting the services they offer and how they use Pi.
Another key announcement will cover an upcoming Pi hackathon. The event is expected to provide developers with a new opportunity to build applications on Pi, although further details will be shared during the summit.
Discussions between developers and the Pi Core Team will also explore what developers want to build, the support they need, and how their applications could increase Pi’s usefulness.
Protocol 28 Upgrade Helps Push Pi Price Higher
The summit comes as Pi Network continues to upgrade its technology. The Core Team has scheduled a Protocol 28 Mainnet upgrade to support more advanced smart contracts, including subscriptions, escrow services, and NFTs.
Following the announcement, PI’s price reportedly rose more than 4% to around $0.0804. If the recovery continues, the next resistance level is $0.086, followed by the $0.09 – $0.10 range.
