This is the 23rd consecutive month that China has increased its gold reserves.

Over the past 23 months, China has added roughly 4.67 million ounces of gold, worth about $19.5 billion.

Chinaโ€™s total gold reserves are currently valued at approximately $323.5 billion, equivalent to about 2,346 tonnes.
