Should the federal trust license be a door shut by the courts for community banks?

On 10/2, ICBA sued the OCC, calling out that the federal trust licenses obtained by crypto companies were approved through backchannels—Coinbase, Circle, and others are on the list. Traditional banks say the regulatory standards aren’t applied equally, so they went to court.
