Some Russian farmers plan to plant less winter wheat as flows from the country’s crucial Black Sea ports remain stalled, according to Bloomberg.

The bottleneck has created a domestic glut and is expected to lead to a smaller 2027 harvest from Russia, the world’s top wheat shipper.
