After the release, Zhang had 26.3 million pledged shares remaining, equal to 28.30% of his direct holdings and 11.43% of the company's total share capital. Zhang Chongshun, Chen Yuying, and Wuxi Zhunlai are acting in concert and together hold 56.97% of the company's total share capital; after the release, their combined pledged shares totaled 35.3 million, or 26.92% of their combined holdings and 15.34% of the company's total share capital. The released shares have no subsequent pledge plan.
