On the 2H timeframe, one of the most dangerous patterns in technical analysis is forming: Inverse Cup and Handle — the inverted cup and handle
What does this indicate?
The bulls pushed the price strongly upward, then started losing control and formed a large cup (the blue cup) .. then a final weak attempt through a small cup on the right.
Now the price is standing exactly on the neckline line—this is the point of no return!
We have two scenarios, no third option:
1. The rocket bounce scenario 🚀
Holding above the neckline = rejection of the drop. We may see a strong rebound
2. The breakout-and-sink scenario 🔻
Breaking the neckline and closing the 2H candle below it = official activation of the bearish pattern. The target could be a drop equal to the depth of the cup.
I’m watching this area like a hawk. The break or the rebound will decide Litecoin’s fate for the coming days.
