After seven years of struggling in the crypto world, I finally realized that what keeps me alive until now isn’t some magical technology—it’s two words: discipline.

Seven years ago, I came in with twenty thousand yuan. Not long after, I lost so much that I was down to only five thousand. Back then, I could barely keep up with rent. There was no one to guide me, and there was no so-called inside information. It was simply one loss after another, one review after another, slowly pulling myself out of the pit.

I was able to turn it around later not because I suddenly got enlightened, but because I became afraid of losing even more in the future—and finally learned to control my own hands.

Position sizing must be split. No matter how bullish I am on a trade, I won’t put most of my capital into it. If I’m wrong, the loss is still bearable; if I’m right, then I consider adding. Going all-in has never really been about being bold. More often, it’s about leaving myself a narrower exit in case things go wrong.

Stop-loss must be set in advance as well. When price reaches the level, you leave. Don’t hold and “hope,” don’t wait for some so-called rebound, and definitely don’t comfort yourself with “it will go up eventually.” Exiting with a small loss is always easier than recognizing your mistake after a big one.

Now I only trade the market situations I can understand. I don’t touch coins I can’t make sense of. If there’s no signal, I don’t do it. Someone else saying, “This one is going to rise,” won’t make me jump in casually. Money in the market isn’t something you can just earn by wanting to. Profits beyond your knowledge are often paired with risks beyond your understanding. $HEMI

After I make money, I also take out a portion first—so the numbers in my account aren’t just numbers forever. Only when profit is truly locked in does it truly become yours.

One more thing I learned gradually later: being in cash is also a trade. When the market is chaotic, I’d rather do nothing than chase chances every day just to prove myself. Keep your principal. Only when the real opportunity arrives do you have the right to act.

These things don’t sound new at all—some of them are even a bit old-fashioned. But it’s exactly because of these that I went from the edge of liquidation step by step to where I am now.

In the crypto world, what’s ultimately not a matter of who’s the smartest—it’s who can still hold on to their rules when temptation is at its highest. #标普500涨0.7%科技板块涨3.3%
