The zone above 1905—1925 is the repair area left by this fast selloff, and it’s also where price was repeatedly rejected earlier. Once the price manages to get above 1900, it may first repair upward through this gap, washing out those chasing shorts.
The zone below 1875—1865 is also where the price just bounced after a quick spike. If 1900 can’t be held down, the whales may first sweep down to liquidate short-term long positions, and then test the support around 1850.
So tonight, 1895 is the observation level. Hold above 1900 to look at 1915—1925; if it falls back below 1885, then watch 1875—1865. As long as neither side breaks, the market is still basically a range-bound washout.
