Applicable users: New users with a shorter registration time and with no recharge/buy-coin/transaction activities
Users must meet all of the following conditions:
1. KYC information has not been used for other accounts within the past 180 days
2. There is currently no referral relationship (no upline)
3. The account is the main account (Parent Account)
4. Registration time is no more than 30 days
5. This account has no recharge, coin purchases, or trading activity (no recharge/no first deposit)
6. Not marked as a violator
🔗 How to proceed: Users enter through the link above by themselves, then manually fill in the inviter/brother’s invitation code as required to complete the re-binding.
🎯 Suggested user group:
New users who just registered on Binance but forgot to use the invitation code/link
Brand-new users who have done nothing after registering (no deposits, no buying, no trading)
Users who clicked the KOL link via a community/friends circle but did not carry the invitation code correctly when registering
New users who register ≤ 30 days and the account is completely blank
📢 Method 2: Re-bind application process

Applicable users: users who do not meet the conditions of Method 1. Regardless of registration time, as long as they meet the following requirements, they can submit an application
Users must meet all of the following conditions:
1. Completed KYC identity verification (approved; not in a pending state)
2. Currently no upline inviter
3. The account must be the Parent Account
4. Total trading volume within the 90 days before submitting the application does not exceed 5,000 USD (or the equivalent)
5. Not marked as an abnormal user or a volume-trading trader
⚠️ Users living in restricted countries/regions where Binance’s referral program is not supported cannot use this feature.
📊 Conditions for successful binding:
- After a user submits an application, the referral relationship will be officially established only after the cumulative trading volume reaches 150,000 USD (or the equivalent) within 30 days
- After meeting the trading volume requirements, the system will automatically complete the binding between the user and the invitation code entered in the app within about 1 hour
- Trading volume from zero-fee trading pairs is not counted
- Trading volume from the bStock 3x calculation activity is not counted toward the trading volume calculation for this feature; it only applies to spot performance reviews

Super Referral Commission members enter: Super Referral Commission back office → Invited users → 【Re-bind application】 at the top-right
Copy and re-bind the link, and send it to the target user
The user clicks the link themselves to enter. On the re-bind page, they manually fill in and confirm the inviter/big brother’s invitation code, then click submit
Both parties can go to the re-bind page to check the current status
🎯 Suggested user group:
Users who do not meet the conditions of Method 1 (e.g., already deposited/bought/traded, or registered for more than 30 days)
Existing Binance users who have only a small amount of trading but not much trading volume
Light users who registered on their own early on and now want to attach to the KOL referral commission system
Low-activity users with relatively small trading volume within 90 days (≤ 5,000 USD)
Ordinary users who have transaction history but no inviter/upline, and hope to get referral commission discount benefits
Existing small retail users that a KOL wants to onboard (with potential to reach 150,000 USD trading volume within 30 days)
📢 Method 3: Recall of existing users

Applicable users: old users with a longer registration time, who have been inactive for a long time, and have no record of using Binance products
Users must meet all of the following conditions:
1. You have registered an account on Binance
2. Previously, you have never had any invitation relationship with any inviter
3. Account registration time is over 90 days
4. In the past 90 days, there has been no trading or usage of any products on the Binance platform (including deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, wealth management, trading, etc.)
Operation method: after meeting the above conditions, directly ask the user to use the invitation link from a Super Referral Commission member to log in to establish the binding relationship; no additional steps are required.
🎯 Suggested user group:
Dormant users who have never used Binance after registering, or haven’t logged in for more than 3 months
Dormant accounts registered early but not continued to use for various reasons
Fans in a KOL’s private domain traffic who said, “I registered for Binance before but never made use of it”
Suitable for guiding users to bind together while the KOL runs recall campaigns/benefit activations
Pure old accounts with no upline relationships and no recent activity
⚠️ Reminder
1. Users whose account verification after registration has not exceeded 24 hours: Method 1 and Method 2 have a certain chance of requiring verification validation. A pop-up may appear, such as: “You do not meet the eligibility for invitation binding. Since you have just completed account verification, your binding eligibility is being reviewed.” If you encounter this, we recommend trying again after 12 hours.
2. Method 1 and Method 2 use the same link. The system will automatically determine which condition the user meets. If the user does not meet the self-serve re-bind requirements, they will automatically enter the re-bind application process, without needing manual switching. Method 2 is not restricted by registration time. Users who just completed registration can participate as long as they do not meet the conditions of Method 1. Both Method 1 and Method 2 require users to enter the link themselves and manually fill in the inviter/big brother’s invitation code according to the instructions.
⚠️ The prerequisite for all three methods: the user currently has no referral relationship (no upline/big brother/inviter). Users who already have a referral relationship cannot use them.
