📉 FTX and Alameda Research have sold more than 2/3 of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) shares!

• FTX Estate sold more than two-thirds of GBTC shares, possibly raising at least $600 million, according to Bloomberg.

• Until January 11, the FTX Estate owned 22.28 million shares of GBTC (worth $902 million).

• In the three trading days after Jan. 11, FTX sold most of its shares, leaving less than 8 million shares worth about $281 million.

• In March, Alameda Research filed a lawsuit against Grayscale over excessive fees.

• On January 22, Alameda withdrew its lawsuit against Grayscale.
