Terms and Conditions:

  • Changes to the Simple Earn Reward Rate will be published on the platform from time to time. Please refer to the Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and the Risk Notice for more information before using Simple Earn.

  • Rewards:

    • The Bonus APR per Level is offered as an additional reward on top of the Real-Time APR. After enrollment, Bonus APR per Level rewards begin to accumulate the day after at 00:00 UTC (i.e., 21:00 BRT on the same day of enrollment). Rewards will start to be distributed the next day, after they start to accumulate, between 21:00 (BRT) and 05:00 (BRT) to the user's Spot Account.

    • All users with open positions for Flexible Products in FDUSD will receive Real-Time APR rewards and Bonus APR per Level during the promotion period. Once the Promotion ends, users will only be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards.

    • Bonus APR per Level rewards are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective limit per level for each token.

    • Real-Time APR and Bonus APR per Level rewards are distributed from Binance's own funds and are determined based on the analysis and assessment of prevailing market conditions. This promotion is not associated in any way with the issuer of FDUSD.

  • Users can view their assets in Simple Earn Flexible Products by accessing Assets > Earn.

  • Redemption time for Flexible Product enrollments: instant.

  • A large number of redemption requests may temporarily delay the redemption. Redemptions may resume after liquidity returns.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with Binance program code or interferes with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or in violation of any applicable terms and conditions.
