According to Foresight News, Christine Kim, vice president of Galaxy Research, published an article summarizing the 171st Ethereum core developer consensus meeting. Developers discussed the progress of Dencun upgrade testing, early audit results of EIP-4788 and the beacon block root in EVM, the launch of the Holesky testnet, EIP-7503, initial feedback on zero-knowledge wormholes, and changing EIP-6780 and SELFDESTRUCT specifications only in the same transaction. Regarding Dencun testing, developers plan to launch Devnet-9 at the end of September or this week. Regarding EIP-4788, developers said that three audits have been completed. Before this meeting, the Holosky testnet was launched. Developers also discussed EIP-7503, which proposes a new privacy solution for Ethereum based on zero-knowledge cryptography technology. Finally, Guillaume Ballet from the Geth client team raised a small issue in the EIP 6780 specification.
