Famous lawyer Jeremy Hogan, who believes that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reached an impasse in its case against Ripple, explained potential steps on how the SEC can benefit from this case. Hogan thinks there's a 40% chance the SEC will hold hearings against individual defendants in 2024. He also suggests that the probability of a deal between the SEC and Ripple is 19%, and a compromise could be reached by the end of 2023. Yassin Mobarak, founder of Dizer Capital, thinks that the SEC should drop all accusations against Ripple. Mobarak states that a hearing where the SEC's own corruption could be revealed would not be good for them.
