If an exchange ranks in the top 10, can it just steal and misuse funds with impunity? Without fairness and credibility, you handle things by always pushing the blame and dodging responsibility— is that how you do it??
🥺 Our project paid the required listing-related fees in full as requested and successfully completed the listing. However, during subsequent communication, Gate claimed that the person we had been dealing with earlier was not an official platform employee.
The funds were ultimately transferred into Gate’s official account. Now, they are dodging responsibility by saying “the liaison person is not an internal employee.” We ask: where is Gate’s transparency and integrity as it claims? We demand that the platform confront the issue and provide a reasonable solution.

I am a Gate.io real-name KYC-registered user. I have an independent UID of a real user, but we are also members of the ALD community. As a co-builder in Web3, I hereby file an official complaint regarding the ALD listing incident:
The ALD team has completed full payment and technical integration. ALD has successfully been launched on Alpha. But after the project side completed all obligations, Gate-related personnel unilaterally refused to fulfill the main-board listing commitment. Through communication by the official team, Alex, they have delayed it for 5 days now under the excuse of “review.” The entire ALD community can no longer accept endless waiting.
Now please let Gate publicly respond to three questions:
1. After the ALD community project has completed all contractual obligations, why were additional contract-external terms added unilaterally?
2. If, as Alex from the official team said, @Robin77_Gate is not official personnel, then why was Gate still able to complete the full Alpha listing process?
3. Please publicly disclose all points of contact for ALD’s login to Gate Alpha and the complete ALD listing integration process, to ensure Gate’s credibility and transparency.
All members of the ALD community, as Web3 industry co-builders, require industry transparency and credibility to be jointly maintained by first-tier exchanges like Gate. Our demand is: Gate, please answer.
