🔥This trading scenario flipped way too fast! A few days ago, it was slaughtering shorts like crazy—short positions were forced to close under pressure. Today, the wind changed overnight, and the long-side chasers who FOMO’d and went all-in were collectively liquidated.

In the past 24 hours, total liquidations across the entire network reached $351 million: $230 million in long liquidations and $121 million in short liquidations. BTC, ETH, SOL, and DOGE were all hit.

However, after冲高 (pushing higher), it failed to hold the highs and quickly pulled back, entering a period of consolidation. The battle between bulls and bears is officially intensifying.

This uptrend is driven by three key factors: first, improving liquidity expectations have lifted risk assets across the board, with ETF inflows continuing and real money steadily entering the market; second, a large amount of short positions have been liquidated—shorts have been forced out one after another, accelerating the sharp price push higher.

After the steep surge in the short term, the chart shows severe overbought conditions. Profit-taking has clustered and triggered the pullback.

Key support zone: 2357–2380. This is the bulls’ lifeline. If it holds, there is still a chance to challenge the previous high again. If price breaks down effectively, the market will enter a round of deep washout.

Overhead resistance: 2425–2450. This is the short-term line that separates strength from weakness. Only by holding above this area can fresh upside space open up. If it repeatedly fails under pressure and can’t move higher, high-level consolidation will likely become the norm.

This leg higher is the combined effect of liquidity, capital entering the market, and short-squeeze dynamics all resonating together. Right now is the moment to test the bulls’ strength. Whether support holds or breaks will directly determine where ETH goes over the next stretch.
