Sanhe is in Longhua District, Shenzhen, did you know that?
The reason why Longhua District was extremely prosperous before was the presence of the large factory Foxconn, which paid salaries every month. The surrounding Internet cafes, restaurants and small hotels were full, and the rent for better local farmers' houses was 3,500 yuan a month, which was difficult to find.
Every day, Foxconn's internal canteen uses 200,000 eggs for breakfast. A team leader of Foxconn's security team dared to arrogantly say that he could play with girls in the factory as he pleased, and that he would change a beautiful girlfriend every month. When an emergency occurred in the factory, the security team dared to fight with the police from the Longhua Police Station. Later, a police station and a community workstation were set up in the Foxconn factory area, named Fukang Office and Fukang Station, which still exist today.
After the 12 consecutive suicides at Foxconn, Foxconn moved to Zhengzhou under various pressures. The surrounding economy plummeted, and small and medium-sized enterprises that depended on Foxconn moved away or went bankrupt. Restaurants, hotels and other small shops also closed down.
A large number of unemployed workers went to work in other factories, but found that compared with the military management and the pressure of Foxconn, where 12 workers committed suicide, other factories were simply pitfalls. Therefore, they affectionately called Foxconn "Yanglaokang", which means it is suitable to work there until retirement. Yanglaokang is both a joke and a self-mockery.
Do you think they don’t work hard? They did, but you don’t know what kind of life they lived with their hard work.
In the words of a local: Their life is worse than XX.
Now XX chooses to wander in the wild, fend for himself, and doesn't give you XXXX, so what does it have to do with you?
Originally, I wanted to use my personal insights to sort out the general origins of the Sanhe God, or to say, to sort out the general origins of countless people lying at the bottom of the society, but I didn't make it clear in a hurry, and everyone in the comment section started arguing about Foxconn and entering the factory.
In my personal opinion, it is the typical large-scale militarized, high-capital foreign-funded enterprises such as Foxconn that have set a good example and led the way for China's manufacturing industry.
Foxconn itself is a world-class manufacturing company and an inseparable part of Apple. It represents the most developed and advanced production management level in current capitalism. Who can deny this? It has indeed driven the regional economy, cultivated a lot of technical and supply chain talents, and even indirectly fostered many excellent companies.
But these successes are also due to the profit-seeking nature of capital. Foxconn's success is based on the hardworking and kind-hearted cheap Chinese labor. Foxconn itself is unintentional. It is like a fat goat that only cares about eating tender grass in a meadow. It does not need to know the fate of the grass it eats. As long as it can fatten itself, it is its greatest success. But I think it is still a representative leader. It represents the growth and wave direction of capital in China.
The origin of Sanhe Dashen is that there is a Sanhe Talent Market near Longhua Bus Station. The success of Sanhe Talent Market in the past 20 years is due to the fact that it relies on Longhua Bus Station as a transportation hub on the left hand and Longhua Foxconn as a large employer on the right hand, as well as the surrounding large and small satellite enterprises and supporting industries of Foxconn. "If you want to find a job, go to Sanhe." It used to be a famous advertisement in various industries in Shenzhen.
It was Foxconn that taught our manufacturing industry how to manage suppliers, how to reduce costs and inventory, how to efficiently integrate resources, and even how to purchase equipment and make products with a high yield rate. Countless large and famous domestic manufacturers and companies are grateful to Foxconn for its training.
It is also Foxconn that taught our manufacturing industry how to exploit labor to the greatest extent possible, how to legally exploit these sheep-like docile people. Countless small and medium-sized managers who left Foxconn tried to open their own factories. They knew the limits of workers, how to control workers, and how to maintain good customer relationships, but they could not come up with Foxconn's cold but relatively reliable salary and welfare system.
Later, the industry's bonus period faded, no one sold their kidneys to buy iPhones anymore, and the momentum of rapid economic development also stopped. Our domestic industrial chain is indeed leading the world, and the Sanhe talent market has also calmed down. Some of the people who originally gathered near Sanhe to find jobs are tired, old, and have seen through it, or have struggled to fall into a pit and can no longer climb out, and don't want to climb out, so there is a collective noun "Sanhe Gods"
The employees of Sanhe Talent Market felt very aggrieved. They were called in for talks by government departments several times and were asked to rectify and standardize the situation.
The government officials of Sanhe Municipal Government and Street Office also felt aggrieved. They were criticized several times by their superiors and were required to rectify and standardize.
The "Sanhe Gods" feel even more wronged. I'm already lying flat on my back, and you're still messing with me?
If only I had a little support, I wouldn't be completely helpless.
Who is wrong? The sheep eating the grass is wrong? The grass being eaten is wrong? The grassland where the grass grows is wrong?
A former Foxconn supervisor once described to me: One Chinese New Year, Boss Guo took Lin Chi-ling to the stage to hold our annual meeting. I sat in the front row and saw Taiwan's most beautiful woman, Chi-ling, with a graceful and radiant figure. She waved to all of us on the stage and introduced herself as Chi-ling who was there to get everyone promoted and get a raise. At that moment, we were all proud of Boss Guo holding her hand. We thought our boss was awesome, and we were also proud to work at Foxconn, an awesome company.
Then this person was laid off when he reached the age of 40. He was very ambitious at first and started a business with others, but he kept falling into traps. He was unwilling to give up and joined a pyramid scheme. Until he was penniless, he returned to the Sanhe Talent Market to find a job. At one point, he was no different from a beggar. When he came to the community workstation for help, I gave him a can of eight-treasure porridge. He opened it and took a bite. Looking at the Foxconn factory not far away, he said that I used to be a supervisor there.
To me, he is like a grass with all its leaves eaten away, leaving only the grass roots.
The grass is wrong, but most of its fault is that it does not have the sheep's choice.
So everyone in the comment section might as well think about it, would you be a sheep? Not to mention someone who eats mutton.
They are all food that has been eaten up by capital, but they are self-classifying, looking down on each other and even stepping on each other: I am sugarcane residue, you are non-vegetable residue, he is wheat straw residue, he is wild vegetable residue. The level of being eaten and spit out is different, right?
It's the Chinese New Year again, 2024
