When I woke up in the morning, I saw two polarized discussions. One person was already excited after seeing the skyrocketing YGG, while the other was beginning to doubt and waver after seeing the decline of ordi.
In my opinion, it can only mean one thing, that is, the funds in the market are playing back and forth. The best strategy may be to move less. If you can't catch up, don't chase it. Focus on your own targets, control your positions and risks, and reduce costs as much as possible. This is what you need to do most.
Therefore, regarding Ordi, there is no problem with the fundamentals at present. The main reason is that the risks of this project have been mentioned before, that is, after the BRC20 craze has passed, no one is interested in it. In addition, most of the people in China are trading this project. Once their faith collapses, they may all sell at a loss.
Currently, most people’s costs are around 4.1, so if possible, try to have enough positions to control the costs at around 4.1. However, if you do not have enough positions, the stop-loss principle for small currencies is not to let the losses exceed 25%.
In other words, including the loss you have made up for your position, the loss should not exceed 25%. If it exceeds, you must cut your losses first.
Otherwise, if the loss exceeds 50%, you will not be able to cut your losses even if you want to.
As for the rise of YGG, perhaps the game sector may be hyped in August, but at present, many projects in the game sector have exploded in the last bull market, but most of them have actually ended their life cycle. For example, there are not many people playing Axs and GMT before, and the project party does not seem to have any operational operations.
These two were the most popular at the time. There were also other very popular projects in the previous round, such as the Metaverse NFT-related, Sand Mana Enj APE, etc., but there has been no movement so far.
Therefore, the common characteristics of the current pull-ups are:
The previous round of bull market just came online and the market was pulled to the top immediately. There were no positive or negative fundamental factors, and it continued to fall, destroying 99.99% of game-related projects.
Projects with these commonalities are worth noting:
YGG
GALA
ILV

For the rest, I haven’t seen any opportunities yet.
