Subscription Format: Complete subscriptions on a first-come, first-serve basis according to the terms below.
Reward Calculation Period: Starting at 07.00 WIB on the day after you complete your Locked Product subscription until the end of the subscription period.

Please note:
Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currency included in the Simple Earn Locked Product subscription to the Flexible Product at the end of the agreed subscription period. The value of digital assets/digital currencies fluctuates and is subject to change.
Users can view their Locked Product assets by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.
Users can activate the "Automatic Subscription" function before completing a Locked Product subscription which will automatically update the existing Locked Product position to a new position of the same duration upon expiry.

About early redemption for Locked Product subscriptions: Users can choose to redeem their assets early. After selecting early redemption, digital assets will be returned to the spot account, and users are not entitled to any rewards. Rewards distributed will be deducted from the principal funds returned. It may take 48-72 hours to receive digital assets.
Promotion 1: Purchase and Subscribe to NEAR Locked Products to Receive a 5 NEAR Token Voucher!
Promotion Period: 04-28-2023 at 19.00 WIB until 05-12-2023 at 18.59 WIB
During the promotional period, only users who meet all of the following requirements will be able to participate in this promotion:
Achieve a net purchase amount of 50 NEAR or more (net purchase amount is the total amount of NEAR purchased on Binance Spot minus the amount of NEAR sold on Binance Spot).
Subscribe to NEAR Locked Products for 30, 60, 90, or 120 days.
All eligible users will be ranked based on the number of net subscriptions to NEAR Locked Products during the Promotion Period. Net subscription amount means the total number of NEARs subscribed to Simple Earn Locked Products minus the amount of NEARs redeemed from Simple Earn Locked Products. The top 200 eligible users will each receive a token voucher worth 5 NEAR.
Promotion 2: NEAR Locked Product Airdrop
Promotion Period: 04-29-2023 at 07.00 WIB until 05-12-2023 at 07.00 WIB
During the promotional period, only users who meet all of the following requirements will be able to participate in this promotion:
Users who have not participated in Binance Simple Earn Flexible Products or Locked Products before the promotional period begins.
Users who have completed identity verification.
Have NEAR in their spot wallet.
Binance will take a snapshot of all eligible users who have NEAR in their spot wallets on 04-29-2023 at 07.00 IWST and on 05-12-2023 at 07.00 IWST.
The top 55,000 eligible users ranked by NEAR holdings in their spot wallets on 2023-04-29 at 07.00 WIB will each receive 0.3 NEAR via the Simple Earn Locked Product.
Likewise, the top 55,000 eligible users ranked based on their NEAR holdings in their spot wallets as of 2023-05-12 07.00 IWST, will each receive 0.3 NEAR via the Simple Earn Locked Product.
Please note: Each eligible user is entitled to receive a maximum of one NEAR Locked Product position from Promotion 2 only.

Promotion 1:
NEAR Rewards for the Promotion will be allocated in token vouchers to eligible users within three weeks after the Promotion ends. Users can view their token voucher rewards by selecting Account > Reward Center.
All distributed token vouchers will expire 14 days after distribution. Eligible users must claim their voucher rewards before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem token vouchers.
Promotion 2:
NEAR Rewards for Promotion 2 will be automatically distributed as Locked Products to eligible users within three weeks of the Promotion ending. NEAR's 0.3 Airdrop is a locked subscription to a NEAR Locked Product for 150 days at 10% APR. Please note that this airdrop cannot be redeemed early. Users can check rewards by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.
Each eligible user is entitled to receive a maximum of one NEAR Locked Product position from Promotion 2 only.
Once the Locked Product position expires, the digital asset/cryptocurrency will be moved to the Simple Earn Flexible Product.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who act fraudulently or do not comply with the applicable terms and conditions based on reasonable considerations.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
