I used to be over 2 million in debt. Now withdrawing money is as easy as ordering takeout.
Stop saying you can’t make money in crypto. I’m living proof.
For 6 years, I was over 2 million in debt, with nothing in my pocket to give me confidence I could turn things around. I’d toss and turn all night, unable to sleep. In just a few years, I paid off my debt and grew my account to over 30 million. Now withdrawing money every day is as easy as ordering takeout.
People ask if it was luck, if I just caught the right trend. The truth is harsher: the path I took is one 99% of people wouldn’t dare follow.
Strict position sizing. While others get greedy and go all in, I only dare to use 30% of my capital. If I’m wrong, I can still get out in one piece. If I’m right, I add gradually. While others get liquidated overnight, I can hold on until the next opportunity. People who go all in don’t get a next time.
Stick with compounding. People who dream of getting rich overnight often end up right back where they started. I only focus on whether I can win the next trade. Make just 5% on each trade and keep compounding it—the money doubling isn’t a fantasy. In 58 days, this simple, unglamorous approach of taking small bites turned my debt into an account I could finally breathe easy with. It wasn’t one perfect trade; it was not giving back the gains.
Stay mentally tough. The hardest part of crypto isn’t the technical side—it’s human nature. When others panic, I dare to add according to plan. When others get greedy, I dare to reduce my position. There will always be another market opportunity. What’s rare is someone who can last.
This approach looks dumb. I don’t chase hot trends, go all in, or rush to catch the next big wave. It was precisely this boring method that nobody wants to learn that helped me make it through my darkest 5 years.
The money in crypto doesn’t belong to the fastest. It belongs to those who can endure and compound steadily. If you’re still in debt and hoping to turn everything around with one big bet, first ask yourself whether you can keep your position down to 30%.
I wrote these three principles in @老森笔记. In the comments, you can share whether you’re in debt or stuck holding a losing position. I’ll only talk about how to size your position and whether to withdraw after making 5%—not about the next hot coin. @渔歌趋势
