Regarding this incident involving the Binance “angel” and that meme coin, let me share my take.
I bought the Binance angel on 9/17. The reason was that I saw a post by this captain and bought a little like it was a lottery ticket. After a day or so, there wasn’t much fluctuation. Later, by good luck, I came across a post by “Xiao He in Africa,” and it gained some heat. After that, the captain started loudly calling trades—pushing construction and setting up a group.
I was also one of the first people who called for the “construction” back then. I entered early, so I didn’t lose much money. I’ll just give an objective evaluation of this incident.
The Chief Trader’s posts—99% of the time—are correct. Also, what the captain himself did is a fact. His dumping the price is a fact. And that many brothers who trusted him got scammed and got stranded at the mountaintop is also a fact.
At first, I didn’t really go after him, because I thought wanting to make money is normal. But later he didn’t show even a hint of realizing he was wrong. Instead, he flipped the blame. In the group, he said retail traders dump the price, and that he sold at around 0.2–0.3, then asked why he didn’t sell at the very top.
That’s easy to answer: greed. He wasn’t unwilling to sell around 0.5 back then. It was just that later the price didn’t keep going up. If he sold at 0.2–0.3, he still had a very big profit—just like how, in extreme market situations, we often panic-sell.
Later on, more and more people started to dislike him. The posts he made also became increasingly exaggerated, distorting the facts to attract traffic.
And the most, most, most disgusting part is this: he not only didn’t feel any shame, he even shouted for people who were losing money on the meme coin to trade with him, saying that his two trades already got his money back, and telling people who were losing money to trade with him—then he would compensate them.
It’s hilarious. Even now, if you still can’t tell what kind of person 👆🏻 he is, then I don’t know what to say. He posts to get everyone to avoid the risk—actually, it’s the opposite: he’s still trying to cut people’s money. $AAPLB #币安天使
