Download Binance—Android and iOS cards are in two completely different places. Android cards: Where do the packages come from? In the built-in app store on your phone, it’s basically hard to find the official正版. The packages listed on software sites are often several versions behind the official website. iOS cards: Region settings in your Apple ID—there’s no such app in the Mainland China App Store, no matter how many times you search, it’s always the same.

This package is hosted on Binance’s own download domain download.binance.com. It’s the same app as the “Android download” on the official download page. Open it with your phone’s browser to start downloading—no login needed, and it doesn’t go through an app store.
Avoid these three traps when downloading:
▸ Opened in WeChat or QQ: First tap 【...】 at the top-right and choose 【Open in browser】 to download; if you download directly in the chat app, you often only get a few MB shell
▸ Can’t find it after downloading: Go to your phone’s 【File Management】 → 【Download】 folder, or open the downloads list in your browser
▸ Prompt says “Error parsing package”: It’s usually because the download wasn’t complete or there isn’t enough storage space. Delete and download again. A complete package is hundreds of MB. Anything only a few MB is not right—recommend downloading over Wi‑Fi

📌 The first time you install an APK, the system will block it once. You need to open “Install unknown apps” permission using the browser you’ll use to download—some systems call it “Install apps from external sources.”
▸ Xiaomi / Redmi (HyperOS): Settings → Privacy Protection → Special Permissions → Install Unknown Apps → Select the browser → Allow; with 【Clean Mode】 turned on, a risk warning will pop up during installation—choose to continue installing
▸ Huawei (HarmonyOS 4 and below): Settings → Security → More Security Settings → Install apps from external sources → Select the browser → Allow; with 【Clean Mode】 turned on, follow the prompt to exit Clean Mode first, then install. On devices upgraded to HarmonyOS 5 and above, you can’t install APKs—use the web version instead
▸ Honor (MagicOS): Settings → Security → More Security Settings → Install apps from external sources → Select the browser → Allow
▸ OPPO / OnePlus / realme (ColorOS): Settings → Passwords & Security → System Security → Install apps from external sources; some versions may ask you to enter your OPPO account password once during installation
▸ vivo / iQOO (OriginOS): Settings → Security & Privacy → More Security Settings → Install unknown apps; 【i Manager】 will scan first. On the risk warning page there’s a few-second countdown—after the countdown ends, then tap to continue installation
▸ Samsung (One UI): Settings → Apps → Top-right menu → Special access permissions → Install unknown apps → Select the browser → Allow
▸ Devices with Google Play: The Play Protect mechanism may pop up a prompt about an unknown app. Open the details and choose to install anyway
⚠️ The menu names may vary by system version. The fastest method is to use the search box at the top of 【Settings】 and search for “unknown apps” or “external sources.”
🔍【How to confirm it’s genuine after installation】
📌 Before logging in, confirm whether the Binance app is the genuine one: check the version number first, then check the package source.
Check the version number: On your phone, open 【Settings】 → 【App management】 (names vary by brand), tap Binance, and you can see the version number. Compare it with the version marked under “Android download” on the official download page. Packages posted on third-party software sites often stay stuck at old versions like v3.3.3, v3.8.8, v3.18.5. If it’s several generations behind, just uninstall it. After logging in, you can also see the version in the App: 【Account Center】 → 【Settings】 → 【About Us】
Check the package source: You only trust download.binance.com and the official download page. If Binance suspects you installed a fake package, they will ask you to use a file manager to back up the APK on your phone and send it to customer support for verification. Where the package came from matters much more than how you installed it.
✅ The version number matches, and the package came from download.binance.com or the official download page. If both are satisfied, then enter your account password.
🍎【How to switch to an overseas store on iPhone to download Binance】
📌 To download Binance on an iPhone, you need to switch to an Apple ID from a region outside mainland China in the App Store. Binance isn’t listed on the App Store in mainland China. Choose “Mainland China” for the region and don’t choose “United States.” Taiwan is used the most. After iOS 18, the system renames Apple ID to “Apple Account”—it’s the same thing.
There are four steps to switch back. Throughout the process you only touch the App Store and don’t touch your phone’s iCloud:
Open the App Store and tap the profile icon at the top-right of the home page
Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap 【Sign out】
Enter an Apple ID and password from a non-mainland region and sign in again
Tap 【Search】, enter “Binance,” and tap 【Get】
If you don’t have an overseas Apple ID, how do you register one?
Open Apple’s official Apple Account page with a browser, and go to “Create your Apple Account”
Choose Taiwan for country/region, enter a commonly used email, then enter a phone number that can receive verification codes—an +86 number is fine
An SMS verification code is sent once to both your email and your phone. Once you fill in your account, it’s all set.
Go back to the App Store and log in with the four steps above. The first time you tap 【Get】 with this account, it will ask you to complete your account details first. For the payment method, choose “None” if you see “None.” Fill the billing address using the format for your selected region. After you finish, the App will start downloading automatically
⚠️ Make sure you remember the email, password, and phone number used for registration. You’ll need them when updating the app later too.
Three things you need to know after you finish switching
▸ No effect on iCloud: Log out in the App Store—what changes is only the “Media & Purchases” account. Your iCloud, photos, and contacts on the phone remain unchanged
▸ You can switch back: After installing, use the same steps to switch back to your original Apple ID. The Binance you already installed can be used normally
▸ Update using the original account: When you update Binance in the App Store in the future, it will require you to enter the password for the Apple ID that you used to download it originally—so don’t lose this account
If you don’t want to mess with an Apple ID, on iPhone just open Binance’s web page directly using Safari. Registration and trading can both be done on the website.

▸ Windows / Mac: On the official download page, the “Download Binance Desktop App” section is labeled for Windows—install it as instructed. On Mac, just use the web version
▸ Web QR-code login: On the website login page, tap the QR code icon at the top-right → open the phone app to the profile page → tap the QR code icon at the top-right → after scanning, tap 【Confirm login】 in the app. The prerequisite is that the app on your phone is already logged in
🧭【What to do first after it’s installed】
Log in, not register: the login page in the app looks almost identical to the registration page. Make sure you read the top and see “Log in,” then enter your account. If you don’t have an account yet, register first on the web: https://www.binance.com/zh-CN/join?ref=WIN98. When you reach the screen asking whether you were invited by someone after creating the account, choose “Yes.” Confirm that you entered WIN98, then go back to the app to log in
Switch to Pro: In 【Account Center】, the App mode can be switched between Pro and Basic. If you can’t find Contracts or Leverage, it’s probably staying on Basic
Check for updates regularly: APK-installed apps don’t automatically upgrade via the app store. After a while, go to 【Account Center】 → 【Settings】 → 【Check for updates】 and take a look. The new package can be installed by overwriting directly—there’s no need to uninstall first. Your account data stays in place

Q3: When installing Android, it prompts “Package parsing error.” What should I do?
A: Most likely the package wasn’t downloaded completely. Download again using your phone’s browser—don’t download directly in WeChat. A complete package is well over 100 MB; anything only a few MB is definitely wrong.
Q4: Can I install Binance on a Huawei phone?
A: HarmonyOS 4 and below can install. Just allow “install apps from external sources.” HarmonyOS 5 and above can’t install APKs—use the web version.
Q5: Do I have to change the Apple ID on an iPhone?
A: If you want to install the app, you have to change it. Binance isn’t available in the App Store for mainland China. If you don’t want to change, use Safari to open the web version.
Q6: If I change my Apple ID, will I lose photos and contacts?
A: No. Logging out only in the App Store means you’re switching the account for “Media & Purchases.” Your photos and contacts in iCloud are unaffected.
Q7: After reinstalling the Binance app, do I need to re-bind the authenticator?
A: No. Google Authenticator and Binance Authenticator are bound to your account. Reinstalling the Binance app won’t affect them—you can keep using the codes as usual. The only time you lose codes is if you delete the authenticator app itself.
Q8: Can it be used without real-name verification after downloading?
A: You can log in, but the account will be in a “withdraw-only” mode. You can only withdraw, cancel orders, redeem, or close positions. To add funds and trade, you must complete identity verification first.
🔐【Safety reminder after installation】
Binance Authenticator is another app: it’s Binance’s own two-factor authentication tool. There’s a separate section on the official download page. Both Android and iOS versions exist—don’t install it by searching for the same name in the store
Turn off passkey verification before reinstalling or changing devices: If 【Important scenarios must use passkeys for verification】 is enabled, before you reinstall the app, change phones, or change the iCloud account, go to the web page: 【Personal Profile】→【Account】→【Account Security】→ in the 【Management】 next to 【Passkeys】, switch it off. Otherwise, if you can’t use passkeys, you won’t be able to log in to your account.
Borrowed overseas Apple IDs only work for the App Store: after installing, sign out immediately. Never log in with someone else’s account in the top area of your phone’s 【Settings】. That area controls iCloud and “Find My.” If you sign in with someone else’s account, your phone may be remotely locked.
