Create a version explaining the SEC new policy

In one simple sentence:
Public companies themselves and third parties can both issue stock tokens for U.S. users to enable on-chain trading; however, third-party issuance requires the listed company’s consent.

After that, stock tokens will be split into two versions: onshore (can be targeted at U.S. users) and offshore (cannot be targeted at U.S. users).

The onshore framework is still fairly strict, making it difficult to achieve scale on its own—it’s more of a symbolic gesture and a move toward mainstream legitimacy.

From the perspective of mainstream legitimacy narratives, this is a positive for both Robinhood and Coinbase. They are U.S.-based companies with their own chains, so public companies are more likely to grant permissions to them than to chains used by offshore exchanges.

If you want to build a narrative around “coin-stock” (tokenized stock), possible targets include:
1. Stocks: Robinhood, Coinbase
2. Public chain targets: ETH, ARB
3. DEX: UNI
4. Meme: on-chain assets tied to the Robinhood ecosystem

That’s basically it. I don’t recommend buying coin-stock memes on the BSC chain—you won’t be able to catch the “mainstream narrative” train.
