Layer 1 blockchain protocol Linera has just released the LNRA tokenomics model and officially launched community sale pre-registration.
Pre-registration runs from today until September 1. The commitment period is September 1 to September 8. Users can participate in the subscription at a fixed price using $USDC on the Base chain via the Sonar system from Echo. The exact pricing and the sale size will be officially announced on August 28.
According to the disclosed token economics, the community reserve has the highest allocation in the total LNRA supply, reaching up to 60%; the foundation accounts for 10%; investors for 11.3%; early contributors for 13.7%; and this community sale for 5%. The 25% of tokens held collectively by investors and early contributors will be unlocked in batches over three years after distribution. This unlocking mechanism, to some extent, reduces the risk of short-term selling pressure.
