How harsh and how covert is the suppression of our country from abroad? The case of “Bamboo Cicadas” already makes it very clear.
Overseas—especially in Europe and the U.S.—really has no way to bring Huawei down, so they resort to every possible tactic. The “Bamboo Cicadas” incident was instigated maliciously by foreign forces to incite the public to target Huawei. Their intentions are extremely vicious. This is a textbook example of a scheme to sow distrust. And foreign forces currently truly understand the nature of Chinese people—the direction of public sentiment, too. They are very good at exploiting the psychology of Chinese society: when an organization or power commits wrongdoing, there will inevitably be resistance. So they planned an incident that appears, on the surface, to pit Huawei against the public, in order to trigger public disgust and, from the perspective of public opinion, bring down Huawei and other high-tech enterprises of this kind—so as to achieve the sinister goal of eliminating our country’s high-tech companies!
Foreign forces, their hearts are deserving of punishment. We must keep our eyes open. Foreign forces—especially those in Europe and the U.S.—have extremely no bottom line. For foreigners, especially those in capitalist societies, to achieve their aims and eliminate rivals, they will stop at nothing. It is absolutely not, as they claim, about freedom, equality, and rule of law. In essence, they are pirates—thieves! We must be vigilant against foreign forces using public opinion as an entry point to attack and suppress our country, attempting to subvert our people!
