personal Opinion - Sec might delay the etf approval, and when the market dumps hard.... they will suddenly announce the Etf acceptance ....

i hope I'm wrong... Can't trust these manipulators....

don't use stoplosses because they're aren't going to protect you, if market dumps.. be careful.... in few hours SEC is going to release the news....
