NFT owners are suing an art gallery for allegedly failing to deliver on its metaverse promise. The lawsuit against Eden Gallery alleges that $13 million was raised for a collection called the Meta Eagle Club, but the promised metaverse-based private club has never been built.

Christian Thompson, director of Mysten Labs, explained how games provide a space to explore Web3 technologies. Games are acting as a playground for the exploration of technologies like artificial intelligence and NFTs.

Web3 game “Off The Grid” has topped the free games list on the Epic Games store. The game allows players to use NFTs as in-game assets thanks to Web3 features built on the Avalanche subnet GUNZ.
