According to Foresight News, Blockworks reported that Frax Finance will launch sFRAX, a collateral vault that uses U.S. Treasury yields, today. It opens a brokerage account in cooperation with Lead Bank in Kansas City to purchase U.S. Treasury bonds, which can track the Federal Reserve interest rate to maintain relevance. Users will be able to deposit funds into sFRAX and receive a 10% yield, which will then shrink to the Federal Reserve's current IORB rate, which is around 5.4%.
