📢 Attention crypto-enthusiasts! Komainu, the cryptocurrency custody firm created by CoinShares, Ledger and Japan's Nomura, has obtained regulatory approval in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧
🔹 The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has approved Komainu as a custodial wallet provider under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017.
🔹 This allows Komainu to offer crypto asset custody services in the UK, including collateral management services through its Komainu Connect platform.
🔹 The firm already has a full operating license from the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
🔹 Komainu has been working closely with UK authorities in recent years, including reaching an agreement to securely store digital assets seized during investigative processes.
