When the 9/15 intraday price exceeded the previous high of 9/3 at 1647, the 9/11 time window was revised to: turning upward!
9/22 is the day for analysis of the 9/21 market change time. The high point of 1654 and the low point of 1611 on the 9/15 correction day are used as the standard for judging the turning point;
9/22 closed at 1593, below the 9/15 correction day low;
