According to TechFlow, the Wall Street Journal reported that Binance.US legal director Krishna Juvvadi and chief risk officer Sidney Majalya are about to leave.
Juvvadi joined Binance.US from Uber in May 2022 as Head of Global Operations Compliance. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division. Majalya joined Binance.US in December 2021 and previously served as Chief Compliance Officer at Intel.
Earlier news, Brian Shroder, head of Binance.US, has resigned recently and fired one-third of its employees. After the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit against Binance in June, the exchange has scaled back its business.
