As of August 24, a cumulative total of 36,075 customer claims has been officially submitted, amounting to an aggregate value of $16 billion.

Nevertheless, since the expiration of the non-customer claim submission deadline on June 30, 2023, a noteworthy influx of non-customer claims has occurred, surpassing 2,300 claims with a combined worth exceeding $379 billion. Following the meticulous removal of $313 billion in duplicate claims, a total of $65 billion in non-customer claims remains outstanding.

As of August 31, FTX has maintained custody of a substantial portfolio of crypto assets valued at a total of US$3.4 billion, which includes the following assets:
