In this article, I will tell you about registering on the Binance exchange. We'll look at how to go through verification, do two-factor authentication, link a phone number and top up your balance.

Enter your email and create a password. Make sure that our code appears in the “Referral ID” field. Click “Create an account.” An email with a six-digit code will be sent to the email address we provided, which we will enter for confirmation.
We go into our personal account and are asked to go through a security check. Confirming your phone number and setting up 2FA will improve the security of your account. Click “Set up later.”

Binance suggests using Binance Authenticator or Google Authenticator. We will look at two-factor authentication using the example of the Authenticator application from Microsoft. It is more reliable than the options offered by the exchange.

Click “Next” and be sure to save the backup key. It is better not to store it digitally, but to write it down on paper. We will need it to restore your account.
Now we need to verify our account. Click “Get code” and enter it in the “Confirmation code by e-mail” field. The code will be sent to the email with which we registered on Binance. In the “Authentication Code” field, enter our one-time password from the application. Click “Next”. That's it, 2FA is configured.
Let's move on to linking a mobile phone number. Click “Enable”.
Enter your phone number, click “Get code” and enter it in the field. We will also need an email code and an authentication code. We do this in the same way as described in the previous paragraph, enter the codes and click “Submit”. Ready.
To use all the capabilities of the exchange, we need to go through the verification process, that is, confirming our identity. Go to the “Verification” section.
First we go through the basics. For it, enter your full name, date of birth, city, street and zip code. The next step is intermediate verification. It is recommended to complete it in order to use P2P trading, which is needed for depositing and withdrawing funds. Click “Pass verification”.
Select Passport or Driver's License. A window will open with the criteria for the required file. Upload a photo of the document and click “Continue.” After this, you will need to send your photo. Let's load it.
Verification takes about 24 hours, although the description says 10 days.
Now you can go to the “Buy cryptocurrency” ⇒ “P2P trading” tab. We select the coin we want to buy, the purchase currency is RUB. Applications will open below. You can see how many coins are available for purchase, what the limit is and the payment method. We select what we need and click “Buy”.
