Returning to what’s ours, yesterday I bought apple pancakes, and God it smells delicious— that made me think of an old “acquaintance.” Does anyone remember $CAKE ? It seems like right now it’s giving us a possible opportunity: a bearish one, but in the end it could serve. From its current 1.4346, it’s struggling to hold the shape it’s in in the short term. If we look at the daily chart in image 1, Cake is in a bearish wedge, and it’s precisely at the upper part of the wedge, which could signal an opportunity to open a short, targeting 1.11 USD—that’s about a 20% move from its current value. If we look at the 15-minute chart in image 2, we can see a small consolidation that could support one of the two cases shown by the arrows. Personally, I lean toward Red, because the moving averages are cutting downward and the RSI doesn’t really inspire confidence that it will rise much. What do you think, everyone?
