2. Lower market cap. The new pair’s price was initially as high as 158,000, then dropped to 90,000—going up once, down and then up again. The chip distribution is reasonable, with a few front cars/major holders.

3. The community is okay. There are 400+ holders, 200+ on the community. It mainly focuses on reposting images and text for promotion.

📰 Rocket blockchain disclosed that on September 5, an on-chain attack occurred, causing losses of about $287,000. All deposits, withdrawals, and trading are currently suspended, and the team is handling the recovery process.

🔥 The attacker targeted a dormant perpetual market on Rocket, used a one-time account to place artificially inflated price orders, then traded against themselves to create fake profits for the account while also bankrupting it.

To be honest, the key point is not the obvious “price being pushed up,” but that this operation ultimately managed to withdraw real profits from Bridge. The attacker then withdrew about $287,000, and the funds are now going through tracing and freezing procedures.

⚠️ The Rocket team said it is working with security firms and law enforcement, and is also coordinating with exchanges, cross-chain bridges, and stablecoin issuers. The official recovery plan is being drafted, and they say small accounts will be prioritized for reimbursement, though the specific plan has not yet been announced.
