Evernorth just closed its SPAC merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II, and $XRP is getting its own Strategy-style public stock. Shares debut on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN this Monday, October 12.
The numbers: ~473 million XRP on the balance sheet plus ~$300 million in gross cash, backed by Ripple, Pantera, Kraken, SBI Group and Arrington Capital. Ex-Ripple exec Asheesh Birla is CEO, and the playbook is actively deploying capital across the XRP economy, not just sitting on tokens.
