📈 What is resistance?
Resistance is the opposite — a "ceiling" where the price has struggled to break above in the past. Sellers tend to step in around these levels, pushing price back down.
🔍 Why they matter:
A break above resistance can signal the start of an uptrend, especially with high volume behind it
A break below support can signal further downside is coming
Prices often "retest" a broken level before continuing in the new direction — this trips up a lot of beginners who panic-sell or FOMO-buy too early
🛠️ How to actually find these levels yourself:
Open any coin's chart (daily timeframe is a good starting point)
Look for price points where the chart reversed direction multiple times
Draw a horizontal line across those points — that's your level
