You can appeal for canceled or completed P2P orders on the Binance App by following the steps below.
How to appeal for canceled P2P orders on the Binance App?
A. If you are the buyer and your order has been canceled, but you have already paid the seller:
1. Log in to your Binance App and go to [P2P]. You can see all the canceled orders from [Orders] - [Completed] - [Canceled].
2. Tap on the order you want to appeal. Then tap [I have a question].
2.1 If your order is still available for appeal (within 15 minutes after the order had been canceled):
Tap [Appeal] on the pop-up.
2.2 If the appeal period has passed:
Tap [Place Another Order]. The system will lock the same amount of assets from the counterpartyâs wallet.
Tap [Appeal].
2.3 If you are the advertiser (maker):
You may directly proceed with the appeal. Tap [OK].
3. Select the reason for your appeal and describe the situation as detailed as possible so our Customer Service agents can better assist you. Please also include any related screenshots.
B. If you are the seller (taker) and your order has been canceled:
You cannot submit an appeal. Please contact Customer Support via Binance Chat for assistance.
How to appeal for completed P2P orders on the Binance App?
To appeal for completed orders, you must submit an appeal via Binance Customer Support.
1. Log in to your Binance App and go to [P2P]. You can see all your completed orders from [Orders] - [Completed].
2. Tap on the order to appeal and tap [I have a question].
3. You will see the different options for appeal.
To negotiate with the counterparty directly, tap [Chat].
