About 14 hours ago, a whale linked to the address 0x42a made news when it deposited 1.088 trillion SHIB, or $18.12 million, into Binance. During the market's decline in November and December of 2023, this whale had amassed SHIB. The whale made a substantial 79% profit, or an estimated $8 million gain, by making the purchase during this low point.

How Come a Whale Purchased PEPE?

However, only three hours earlier, a separate whale going by the name 0x837 deposited 700 billion PEPE, or $7.83 million, into Binance. Even with this large investment, the whale is still worth $9.22 million since it has 800 billion PEPE. In contrast to the SHIB investor, this whale is expected to lose around $3.47 million, or 15% of their assets, which puts them in a less advantageous position.
