Fidelity在SEC要求修改BTC ETF申请之后几个小时就重新提交了申请。

他们主要是更新了有关监视的条款（they have updated their surveillance language），将Coinbase作为他们的监视伙伴。

另外：

木头姐他们的基金还都在名单中，据称其中很多都没有被退回修改。（per sources they were not asked to update their filings）
