BTC 76k: Is It the Bottom, or Just a Midway Stop?

The conclusion first: This is a recovery, not a reversal.
BTC 76,000 is the dividing line between bulls and bears: a move above 78,500 would count as a recovery; only above 82,000 can we talk about a reversal. Below 76,000, watch 73,000/70,000.

Key levels for four coins:
BTC support 76k/73k/70k, resistance 78.5k/80k/82k
ETH support 2,200/2,100, resistance 2,315/2,400
SOL support 88.4/85, resistance 98–100/105–108
BNB support 679/650, resistance 720/740–750
Why the outlook is weak: September CPI came in at 3.7%; the Fed is expected to hold rates steady in October, while prediction markets are pricing in about a 74% chance of a 25bp hike at the December meeting. The dollar is strengthening and credit spreads are widening; BTC/ETH/SOL ETFs continue to see outflows; the $6.3 billion Binance theft has not been fully digested.

Three scenarios for the coming week:
Base case 50%: BTC 75.5k–80k
Rebound 20%: BTC 80k–84k
Breakdown 30%: BTC 73k–76k (70k in an extreme case)
Two risk events this week:
11/6 21:30 Nonfarm payrolls
11/10 21:30 CPI. Avoid high leverage ahead of the data.
One-line strategy: If BTC holds 76k, trade the range; if it breaks below, watch 70k. Don’t chase longs in ETH/SOL unless they move above 2,315/100. For BNB, 700 is the confidence level; 679 is the stop-loss line.
