The catch: most of the pump came before the announcement, and futures open interest jumped ~55% in 24h. That's leverage, not just news.

🟢 Starter $0.715–0.724 (old highs retest), main $0.655–0.682

From the starter alone RR is thin: ~0.5R to TP1, ~1.1R to TP2. With the main filled: ~1.4R / ~2.4R. Small size.
