Condense (浪潮经) into a version you can “stick on the wall and follow during trading without having to think”—just three sentences:

Simplify your desires = take only the trades you should; reduce your goals to one dimension = focus only on the R-multiple per trade; execute mechanically = write your plan before the session, don’t think during it, and tick the boxes afterward.

------

I. Simplify your desires: cut “wanting to make money” down to “just execute”

In the original system, the biggest threat to execution was having overly broad desires: wanting to catch the bottom, catch the top, add to a losing position to lower the average, casually trade SOL/Memecoins, or place orders before CPI.

After simplifying, only three rules remain:

1. Keep the assets simple: trade only BTC/ETH; observe SOL only; shitcoins, Memecoins, and small-cap, non-major altcoins do not exist.

2. Keep signals simple: recognize just one setup—a pullback that holds during a rising tide + a breakout on rising volume; everything else is noise

3. Keep desires simple: don't aim to “get rich on this trade”; just aim to “follow the rules on this trade”

Ask yourself before the session: “If this trade hits my stop tomorrow, can I calmly close the app?” If not, your desire hasn't subsided; don't enter.

Things to remove:

• Remove indicator clutter (MACD/RSI/Bollinger Bands; keep only MA20)

• Remove multi-timeframe confluence (look only at the daily chart + 4H)

• Remove advance orders based on “it feels like it's about to break out”

• Remove adding to losing positions and manually widening stops

------

2. Simplify the goal: break a million-dollar account down into R per trade

“Build the account to a million” is an outcome, not an execution goal. There are only three levels of execution goals:

Layer 1: Per-trade goals

• Risk per trade R = 0.5%–1% (0.5% during the training phase)

• Trade only when the reward-to-risk ratio is ≥2:1

• Expectancy > 0: win rate × profit − loss rate × loss just needs to be positive

Layer 2: Cycle goals

• Flat-tide phase goal = 0 trades (staying out is a perfect score)

• Spring-bottom/breakout phase goal = capture the 3R–10R move

• Euphoria phase goal = lower R, tighten profit-taking, don't chase

Layer 3: Account goals (only for allocating your pay)

• Put your monthly paycheck into your “ammunition account”

• Withdraw 30%–50% every time your trading account equity increases fivefold

• A million is a byproduct of running the three layers above for a few years, not something you get by staring at charts

Simplification mantra:

Don't fixate on “how many U are in the account” → focus only on “is this trade's R right?”

Don't fixate on “when will I make 100x” → focus only on “are we in a flat tide right now?”

Don't fixate on “how much I just missed out on” → focus only on “did I close according to plan?”

------

3. Mechanical execution: zero decisions during the session

All execution drift comes from “thinking during the session.” The solution is to finish writing the plan after the session and act like a robot while trading.

Pre-market checklist (write it on weekends/every evening)

1. Daily tide: price vs. MA20

→ Above it and MA20 rising = rising tide (longs only)

→ Below it = ebb tide (stay out)

→ Flat = flat tide (stay out) [21](@ref)

2. 4H range boundaries: upper ___ lower ___

→ Price inside the range = no trade

3. Wait for just one signal this cycle:

Pullback to MA20/upper range boundary on declining volume → 1H breakout above the previous high on rising volume

4. Entry price: ___

5. Stop-loss price (structural invalidation level): ___

6. R%: 0.5% / 1%

7. Position size = equity × R ÷ (entry − stop)  [5,13](@ref)

8. Leverage: BTC ≤5x, ETH ≤3x

Rules during the session (execute without thinking)

• If the signal hasn't triggered = do nothing; don't check your phone

• If it triggers = enter using the pre-market order; place the stop-loss as soon as you open the position

• Don't place breakout buy orders in advance (CPI/wick stop hunts)

• Don't adjust the stop-loss on the fly

• Don't add to losing positions

• Daily loss ≥2R = shut down

Mechanical profit-protection rules

Profit ≥1R → move stop-loss to breakeven

Profit ≥2R → move stop-loss to the 1R level

Profit ≥3R → use a trailing stop (close only if the candle closes below the previous low/MA20)

Don't exit while the trend holds; ignore wick spikes

Post-market review (10 minutes)

Record facts only; don't write about emotions:

Field What to write

Signal Planned / unplanned

Execution Followed rules / entered early / moved stop farther away / added to position

Result +2R / -1R

Process score 0–10 (did you follow the rules?)

Result score Profit/loss (not important)

Process wrong, result right = deduction (lucky wins are the most dangerous)

Process right, result wrong = pass (a stop-loss is a cost of doing business)

4. The ultra-simple tide system · one table

Module Ultra-simple rule

Assets BTC/ETH only

Timeframes Daily chart sets the tide + 4H range + 1H entry

Direction Trade rising tides only; stay out during flat tides

Entry Pullback holds + breakout on rising volume

Stop-loss Structural invalidation level; place as soon as you enter

Position size Equity × R ÷ (entry − stop), R = 0.5%–1%

Adding to a position Only after profit ≥1R; add no more than 50% of the initial position

Profit-taking At 1R move stop to breakeven / at 2R move it to 1R / at 3R use a trailing stop

Prohibited Trading flat tides, adding to losing positions, widening stops, chasing meme coins, placing orders ahead of CPI

Review Score the process only

5. Aligning this with your current stage

Your situation now: no living expenses at home + working to build your ammunition fund + waiting for the 2026–2027 bear-market Spring.

Apply the ultra-simple version directly:

• Now (flat tide): spend 10 seconds each day checking the pre-market list = “flat tide, no position”; put your paycheck in the bank

• When Spring comes: wait only for a 4H false breakdown and reclaim + daily close back above MA20; initial position R = 0.5%

• Breakout phase: bring R back to 1%; after 3R, use a trailing stop to ride the move

• Euphoria phase: lower R to 0.5%; no adding to positions

• Every “itch to trade” in between = you haven't let go of your desires; close the app

------

The tide gives its signal; everyone has their moment. The system is truly ready when it's so simple that “you don't have to think during the session”—

With fewer desires and smaller goals, your hand can stay steady; with a steady hand, R can compound; as R compounds, a million will come on its own—you don't have to chase it.

Simplicity isn't just “doing less.” It means cutting decisions down to one: has the signal triggered or not? If it has, follow the order; if not, sit tight. Everything else is a battle with your inner demons.
