Developers can build applications and AI agents that use ADA or Cardano on-chain tokens to purchase online services. At present, the payment enablement programs have only completed transaction testing on the Cardano pre-production network and are not yet running on the mainnet. x402 previously supported Solana, the XRP Ledger, and multiple Ethereum-compatible networks.
