This move in TAO today really makes it easy for people to believe in the AI sector again.

The price has been pushed up from around $280 to $325, and volume has expanded as well. The most interesting part on the chart is that after pushing to higher levels, it didn’t immediately dump back down; instead, it’s been grinding back and forth above $310. This shows that there are plenty of buyers chasing the price, but we still can’t interpret it as a confirmed trend yet.

I care more about the next two things: when there’s a pullback, is there real follow-through around the $300 area? And if it touches $325 again, will the trade continue with new buying momentum, or will it just be emotion pushing prices higher. The former suggests that the funds are willing to keep the AI narrative going longer; the latter looks more like a brief surge followed by rotation.

This is the most uncomfortable position. If you're in cash, you're afraid of missing out; if you just chased, you're afraid of buying at the point where others are already cashing in. Don't rush to slap a “main uptrend” label on it yet. Whether TAO can hold steady in the high zone matters more than today's big bullish candle.
