Before I knew what the platform was, I used a Payeer wallet. I only used it as a digital wallet to receive U from additional work I did during my free time, like filling out surveys, watching videos, watching ads, and the like (called Get To Paid).
But then, while browsing the Payeer wallet, I found that it had a feature to buy and trade coins. When I looked at the list of coins from top to bottom, I had no idea what I was looking at—everything was green and red, colors everywhere, and my eyes just blurred. At that time, the prices were still low, so I just bought whatever looked like it: #trx for a price of 0.035, and #doge for 0.0021.
Whenever I withdrew U earned from Get To Paid platforms, I would put it all into buying coins—didn’t even look at the price; I just “played coins” like it was something spiritual 😂. Then when the Payeer wallet announced it had crashed, I panicked because back then I hadn’t registered my information completely. It required me to prove that I was the owner of the wallet before it would allow transfers to another exchange. My heart was heavy with sadness because of such a small mistake that I lost all the accumulated assets.
The price I paid was far too expensive for underestimating my assets and not finding ways to protect them 🥹.
